Sellin The life of Riley

Am a huge, huge cob fan, really cant stand the cob snobbery as they can do anything. I really like him, he is nicely marked, moves nicely and what a jump. If we had the time, would love him for Mini TX to do BE and BD on him.

Those with cob snobbery i dont think have owned one :) Mine happily pops drains and ditches an gallops along a stubble even if i drop the reins leave em to it. But then can stick a 4 yr old off lead rein and will happily hack down the road with them on :)

Yeh would of kept but i think thats a great home for him. He is eager to work so why not.

Absolutely, would have another cob any day of the week when my old boy either retires or goes to the rainbow bridge. Mine was a fantastic hunter, and I would still hunt him now if he and I were fitter, as he was a briliant jumper. He was great at dressage, showing, showjumping and was a great PC horse for Mini TX in her younger days and has done PC camp and rallies. He is still a fun, but extremely bombproof and safe hack. Cant understand the snobbery at all. Would love to see a cob do GP dressage, jump at GP level and high level eventing. Who knows ......?
