Martyna- am asking £3750 ono for him

Oh and forgot to add. The day the ad came out in H&H he got kicked in the field so was stitched and he reacted to the antibiotics and came out in lumps all over....which broke out and were weeping!! She was beside her self and almost gave him to me, but for needing to pay her vet bill...of £1350!

For what's worth....I own a little horse who was in a horrible car accident when he was three. Should have died but he recovered...he was never lame but has a pretty significant disfigurement above his left knee, which is huge. We didn't do much with him until he was six. However he did his first proper jumping season earlier this year and did fantastically well in .90cm classes. So much so that I had three offers for him in one day, despite his plainly obvious issues. Now I'd never sell him but I think it's worth competing because there's always interest in something with ability.

Very interesting story! sounds like a polo pony we once had that had a huge thing like a massive cauliflower above her knee but it never seemed to affect her at all.Thank you for mentioning...

Hi thought i would give you my opinion, we recently sold a 14.2 pony, we didnt have alot of interest maybe 6 calls and 2 viewing but the second people that came wanted her, it was a good home so we accepted their offer of £6,000 she was advertised for £7,250ono. Our show jumping trainer and several local dealers told us not to accept less than 7k for her, however the market just wasnt very good and i think its got slower since, we weighed up the costs of keeping her over the winter vs selling her for £6k and decided to cut our losses and sell her as the home was very good. My point is that the market isnt good at the moment and wont improve until early spring, maybe you will be better waiting until then, you really need to get some BD points or BSJA money, even if you only get a minimal amount as this proves the horse can do the job. I have always admired him he is stunning and if i was looking at this moment in time i would buy him in an instant at that price. The back op wouldnt bother me if he passed a vetting. Good luck!
