I'd have said £5,000 as in these parts safe, sound middleweight types that can also jump a little and sork nicely on the flat are like gold dust, hens teeth etc
I like the botom pic as she looks happy - I don't think people will come to look at a horse that doesn't look happy ie ears back. I agree with everyone else that selling at the moment is slow. We have a lovely Zangersheide 4 year old for sale jumping BSJA, XC bold good to hack etc etc. Can we sell him - not a bite despite ads in H & H and the usual on line sites. I think a good price for a safe and sensible horse is around £4000. Good luck anyway.
