Ive made the heart breaking decision to sell my horse, Ive tried everything to keep him but due to financial reasons he has to go.
He has been advertised for over 6 weeks and so far we have only had the odd enquiry and 1 viewing.
I know a month before xmas is not the ideal time to sell but i'm wondering what to do as i arent in a position to wait until Spring to sell him.
Has any one any advise? I'm starting to panic !

Ok i'll work out how to pm the ad, I have tried loaning, part loaning and sharing its never worked out! He is on sales livery atm so that's adding to my expenses

Hmm, your ad sounds fine to me (there is nothing in there that makes me scream :p), the only thing I can think is that what you think he's worth and what other people think he's worth aren't the same. It's a tricky market out there atm, especially at this time of the year.

I'll try again at a lower price and see what happens. Its a good home im more worried about and id have loved to have found someone to loan him. Its very hard selling when you don't want to let go! :(

I have replied by pm the ad is ok but the photos and video are not selling him, the ad needs to be on a proper sales site to get viewed, I think he may be around £500 overpriced but is the type people are looking for so with some proper marketing by the livery yard he should sell, make sure they are doing the job you are paying for.
