Selling foals and yearlings

Im a small time breeder and usually sell to private clients within the UK but this years stock all went to France! so maybe try advertising on an international site (euro dressage etc). Im not sure what type of youngstock you have but the UK market has definatley dried up and most UK customers however novice, seem to be buying direct from German sales or studs, its so affordable over there and it a jolly day out for the buyer! sorry cant be much help, but I would recommend advertising further a field, it doesnt cost anymore to advertise on their websites. I was lucky this year, finding my buyer but dont be disheartened you will find a buyer im sure

hi again, I had a St.pr mare by Accord (hann) usually put her to dressage sires as she had such good jumping lines, then ended up with best of both worlds (she moved very well also, 8s and 9s in grading) I had a Relevant colt, Furst Heinrich colt, Lupicor filly and Swarovski colt out of her thay all sold well between the 4.5k to 7k mark
my other mare was a dun demonstrator mare and although not graded because she threw her colour, her stock sold well 5-6k
I sold both mares and this years foals to France as was getting worried the market wouldnt hold next season. what have you got? x

I have a welsh mountain sec A,sec C,sec D,TB,2x arabs,2xISH and 5x ID stallions
KWPN,2xTB's,WPBR,sec D and a hunter type mare.
Youngsters are pba's,sec D and a warmblood.
I'm also hoping to buy a couple of broken down TB's as some of my girls not mentioned are now retired and have the new job of pet and money eater (LOL)
