Hi
I'm selling my pony and didn't expect him to go so quickly but I have a couple of viewings this week. Now his passport is at the agency having an amendment which should have been done ages ago but I sent it to the old address and didn't think anything futher about it until royalmail sent it back undelivered about 6 months later.

Anyway, I have an e-amil from agency with letters stating this is all true and above board so is it okay to go ahead? I'm hoping the passport will be back in time, the woman on the phone said 2 -4 weeks but the e-mail says 4 - 6 weeks. So my question is, is it okay to sell in the mean time. Agency lady said it was with the letters covering me, is this true?

And does anyone know how long it takes for an amendment to a passport?

Thanks

Personally I'd contact the viewers and let them know in advance as passports are usually required for a vetting. Then they can make the choice about if the journey will be worth it to them.

Officially new owners probs wouldn't be able to take pony home without.
