Does anyone happen to know if you can send a saddle to Albion for widening with a saddle devil or the like?

I have a K2 that I am currently using on a youngster for bringing back into work - it fit nicely before but said youngster has since filled out a lot. It fits in every other respect other than now looking a width too narrow. I will be buying a new saddle once youngster has built up muscle but is pointless at the moment given he is just coming back into work so will undoubtably change shape again as he muscles up.

I anticipate some of you will caution that widening can weaken the tree but not too precious of this saddle - its an older saddle that I generally just store for youngsters like this one.

I have an old albion slk which has been widened. I think it was done by a saddle fitter and didn't have to go back to albion.

My saddle fitter has a widening thingy in the back of her car. She widened my old K2 jump. I have just bought another one as he's grown out of the widened one.

I would not want a saddle widened remotely without fitting advice, at least from really detailed photos. It's hard to get the tree width bang on, and it shouldn't be done solely from tracings, then it may need a flocking adjustment. I would absolutely recommend working with a fitter.
