I have a 5yr TBx who has started headshaking periodically - however its only when you put a bridle/headcollar over his ears. He has recently had his teeth checked, he had his back done approx 2 months ago but I know (after a vets visit today) that it needs re-doing as hes sore behind the saddle area. I don't think the headshaking is pollen related as it only occurs after putting headcollar on. The vet has said its not poll related. He hasn't got any plaques on his ears and the vet was reluctant to interfere with his ears without giving it long - he told me to wait another 3-4 weeks and if no improvement then he would see what else to do. Has anyone had a similar experience or any other suggestions about what I can try?
