My mare is going to stud tomorrow , her field mate of two years is obsessed with her. Any suggestions of how to make it easier, have got some acp's and there are others in the field

Do you mean it's a 2 year old she's leaving or just been together for 2 years?
You'll probably find that once your mare is out of earshot that it will shout a bit and then get on with life. If it is a youngster then can you not bring it in with your mare, give a mouthful of feed when you set off then turn it back out later by which time it will have got used to her not answering.

Hi my boy is 16 and they have been together for over 2 years.
Magic is going to run with a stallion at my friends yard only about a mile away, it is an option to walk her there and back every day, but i thought it better for her to stay day and night so she'll be more up for the stallion when she comes in season. However, Josh can be a git when he doesn't get his own way and even if the mare is out of his sight he starts!!! so i thought upsetting him every day when she leaves would be more hassle. Any thoughts?

Far better all round I would have thought to take her and leave her there. If you can, leave her there until she is scanned, only bringing her back after she's had her 28 day scan, so in theory she could be there a couple of months. By that time, hopefully he will have grown up!

is there not an option of a companion for your other horse while your mare is off gallivanting?!

I have two others here a mare and a yearling filly, they are in together, but Josh loves magic. I am going to turn him out with the yearling as he does like to play and she is up for that. Plus, open up a bit of new grass to hopefully take his mind off magic but he does tend to get a bit wild when he is in one of his moods. How he will react is a leap in to the unknown!!! They will be in until i get back (they are in the afternoon anyway) but when he is turned back out i am hoping he doesn't try fence jumping etc watch this space!!
