Ok, so Fly is not ok. Noticed two days ago that he had heat in his off hind. Turns out his tendon sheath is swollen - weeks box rest, twice daily cold hosing and bute (you know the story)! ~Getting scanned next Friday. On another note...... what do I do with my boobies?? I am a 34DD and do need some support, SO.......come on girls, tell me what to buy! At the moment, I am "flopping" all over the place! (this is assuming that my "beauty" willl be fit enough to carry me again! xxxxxxxxxxx

I have a shock absorber spots bra. I'm a 38DD and although not the most comfortable bra in the world it does stop the bounce.

I'll second that Dianchi! I'm a D and have a bright pink one i got from Primark for £4!! Was a bit dubious if it'd hold me down due to such a price difference but it's the best i've had!

Oh poor Fly hope he recovers soon.
On the Flopping about front, i was coiling the hose up the other day and bent over and my bra's under wire snapped in half!! Had to go home as had one boobie floppy!! hmm and im a 38ff

Sorry to hear about Fly. Vibes he is better soon.

As for the bra, I've dropped down to the same size as you and if you like wires in your bra's? I'd recommend the new one from Shock Absorbers.

It is part wired, which is unusal for a sports bra. You actually get some shape instead of pancake boobs that hurt.

Can't fault mine.

Don't try and buy one from a catalogue or online, I'm a 28H and have never been more comfortable since I went to get a bra properly fitted at Rigby and Pellers in London. Yes, they are more expensive but they really last compared to cheapy ones, they don't go grey in the wash and boy do the ladies there know how to find a bra that really fits. If Rigby and Pellers is too far for you try and find your local branch of Bravissimo, also very good fitters and not as expensive.

Good bras aside, I almost always ride with a body protector on because it stops them flapping. I know its not what its designed for but its an added bonus
