I've read a few articles on this - where women are described in very different ways to men, one even said a female athlete's success was because of her male coach.
Do you think there has been sexist reporting? I thought not but now I am more aware - H&H this week - p59 - "mother-of-two Sarah Cohen" - haven't seen any "father-of-two" captions for the males!!!!

I do agree with you to some extent. However, the 'mother-of-two' comment, I can sort of understand. However un-sexist you try to be, you cannot deny that women are the ones who actually carry a baby for nine months, and pregnancy and childbirth can take its toll on the body. So it is probably harder from a physical point of view for a 'mother-of-two' to achieve Olympic success than the equivalent 'father-of-two', which the journalist has recognised with the caption.
