Shall i just wrap him head to toe in cotton wool? How can i keep him entertained?

Yep hes hurt himself again
Hes stood on his own foot and got a punchure wound between his toes
Obviously dont want to take him out for a walk in the mud because cuts on him seem to get infected really easily anyway. So how can i keep him entertained?

My pup stood on something on Monday and still isn't 100% yet, he is very high energy so have just been letting him off in the snow and no walks in evening, I do lots of sit/stand/down exercises on a fluffy rug in the living room (he loves a bit of work and it knackers him), give him lots of Kongs and bones for him to chew on and cage rest.

Stick a bag on his foot (my vet gave me used drip bags which were brill) or get one of these

and take him for llllloonnnnnngggg lead walks!

I've used dressing,a childs sock covered with a poly bag then vet wrapped on. worked for my loonies running around.

Get the vet wrap and a tough plastic (feed bags are excellent) out - apply and of you go

Pawz are a neat and cheap way to keep a foot covered. What I like about them is that they are quick to put on and whilst they don't last for ever they certainly do the business for a couple of walks/hoolies around. http://pawzdogboots.com/
