I have the opportunity next year to move anywhere I want and whilst I really like the yard I am at I would really like to move further north of Berkshire.

At the moment the yard I am at has:
Stables in a barn
Indoor and outdoor school
Good hacking
Lots of children (nice ones!)
Great yard owners
Other friendly horse owners
Part livery so owners only go down once a day
All areas of the yard are well maintained.

What I would like:
Must be well maintained
Friendly yard owners and livery owners (some mature ones would be a bonus)
Plenty of grazing which is maintained properly and has a water supply.
Good hacking with other owners
At least one school
BHSII standard instruction (at least)
Part livery

What would make it my dream yard:
Really good social atmosphere
Stables in a barn
Automatic Drinkers
A saddlery and coffee shop on site.
Plenty of storage for hay, feed, bedding, rugs, tack, etc, etc.
Small shows and competitions.

Do you know of anywhere like this?

if you change your title to something like 'looking for great yards north of Berkshire' you will probably get better responses from people who know the area

Hi I was looking for livery in Berkshire and when I searched Google your post from a while ago came up.. I just wandered although the post was a long time ago if you said had livery available ? Many thanks
