Does anyone know where i can get a template for a share agreement/contract? Or even something simlar i can tweek to suit?

But once you have modified it get an specialist equine solicitor to check it out.
Also before loaning out your horse ask to see the passport, driving licence, rates bill and a utility bill of the person loaning the horse and photocopy them. Also check out the yard it is going to be kept out.
Freezemark your horse before loaning it out.
There have been a number of sad instances where horses disapear while on loan.

oh no shes not going out on loan, shes staying firmly with me!
i've got someone coming to see about sharing her a few times a week and just want everything down in black and white (ie whats expected of whom and whos responsible for what) shall have a look at the BHS site though thanks

I modified the loan agreement from the BHS website and turned it into a share agreement. I have a blank copy - if you want it just PM me over your email address
