Share Agreement

Can anyone tell me what you should put in a share agreement?

There is an agreement on the BHS website which you can download and adapt I think. that is what I signed when I became a sharer.

You could also contact a solicitor who deals with horses etc and get them to draft one. I know it will cost a little bit of money, but at least all things/preferances will be covered. I work in litigation (suing people) and it can really be a minefield!

Better safe than sorry in the long run!
