the most memorable rosette that you won.

I have two:-

My very first first place when I was 10 years old on a riding school pony called Bambino Boy. It was the 12.2hh jumping at our local riding club show. My first showjumping competition, first show on that pony and my first trophy. I'll never forget that - in fact I was so excited I threw up all down the pony's neck lol

The other rosette is one that still sits on my mum's horse's double bridle, the last show cob class I took him too. Was a "special" in orange as we didn't place as he was so wicked, everytime we went past the sponsors tent (right in front of the judge) he would squeal and buck, he also bucked with the judge. A couple of days after that he was diagnosed with ring bone. That horse is so clever at telling us things, we just weren't clever enough to understand him.

The green 'special' rosette my cob won for the In Hand class at the yard show last year. She had been on box rest with laminitis for months and had only been out doing 15 mins of excercise a day for a week. The class was held in the school (next to her stable) so she could join in. The judge marked her down as I wouldn't make her trot - I was just happy she was alive and moving freely.

My most memorable Rosette i won was the first show i took my first pony to after he had had 3 months off because he lost his eye in a horse box accident and i was told he would never ever be a show jumper again.

So i did(adult) min and novice to ease him back in to it and we came away with 2 red rosettes.

was very very pleased

The 4th place rosette I won in dressage, after being bucked off 3 times during the test!!

The girl who came 5th wasn't very happy

My first one that I won at a little dressage test during a day camp when I was about nine or ten.
I fell off the same pony during the jumping and fractured my elbow.
My mum came to pick me up from my Nan's later that evening and I was sat with my back to her I said 'do you want the good news or the bad'.
She said 'good' and I pointed to my rosette on the wall. Then I turned round, wearing a sling and she almost fainted

And my first clear round rosettes when I was a few years older.

green special rosette i won when i was 4 at riding school was jumping a pony who refused to trot to the jump got upset when 1 of the workers had to pull horse over jump so got green my mum was pleased

3rd place from Lower Withington show in the Novice show jumping on my last horse. It was the first time either of us had been show jumping and I was scared to death - made it to the jump off though! In the end we did a double clear with less than 1second between the times of 1st & 3rd place! I was so happy! I thought she'd probably have a hissy fit at everything but was good as gold!

A team 3rd/Individual 2nd at at a university competition riding with a broken rib and torn ankle ligaments - doctor had insisted I wasn't up to it!

Mine is a clear round rosette. It was the first time I had ever jumped a course of fences. They were 2"6 and I was so scared, but I had my favourite horse to ride and I trusted him undeniably.
I miss him so much, but unfortunately he wasn't for sale and I had to leave college.

Reserve Champion at the WPCS Open show in August this year. Genie was hoof perfect all day, but I was still in shock when she was pulled in as reserve for our ring!
