try equineadverts i got quite a lot of the responses off there and its free, and local tackshops. failing that horsequest isnt too expensive

As I said, it is just my opinion based on the information you've given and I'm not going to apologise for it. You've said that everytime you mention it, you are told you charge excessively, therefore its clearly not an isolated opinion.
However, if your sharer is happy with the situation then good for her - I'd hang onto her if I was you
