Where is the best place to advertise for a sharer for my 13.2hh forward going showjumping pony, for a couple of months, as i work full time and also have got some back problems. Im planning to go for a 6 weeks during this time so would get to ride full time if wanted. Shes defo not a novice ride and no money involved so where would be the best place, horsemart dosnt seem that great and cant think of anywhere else?

I found the pony I shared for a while looking through the free ads, but you can always try local tack shops or feed suppliers which is the usual suggestion. However, I would suggest local notice boards like in the post office or newsagents as riders that don't have their own ponies don't tend to spend that much time in tack shops. The free newspapers might also be a good idea but you'd need to be very specific about the kind of person you are wanting to share to try and avoid getting too many time wasters calling you up. Hope that helps. X

Local PC websites? If you're in North Cambs PM me an ad and I can probably get it put on Littleport PC website. Soham PC are more competitive if it's that sort of rider you're looking for. Both clubs are frequently trained by Tina Ure so might be worth contacting her and seeing if she knows of a suitable child.
