I am very excited as I have a new sharer starting on Sunday. BONUS: She is a Grade 2 Dressage Rider (how lucky am I?) so fingers crossed we will see my boy at lots of shows.
Question: She doesnt have her own insurance & I have always insisted on this; Do you make your sharer's take out their own insurance?
I have checked with my insurance company & they have assured me that she & my horse are covered as "anyone riding with the owner's permission, contributing to the care & cost of the horse is covered as long as they are not riding within a working capacity" so it is not needed but I feel safer with separate insurances for some reason. OTT?
Thanks
