hehe..... I am getting my hair done today!!!! I cant actually remember the last time I got my hair done and finally I have enough spare pennies to get highlights and a cut.

I love my horse to bits but sometimes I envy the money I spend on keeping her mane so luscious, long and flowing while my hair looks so dull and lifeless.

Pointless post really but wanted to share with people who understand how exciting this day is for me

I haven't had a haircut for over a year, though take the scissors to it when it goes woolly. I will take a leaf out of your book and find the spare cash for the walk in cheap hairdressers.
 
Every time I thought I had spare cash, I ended up with a vets bill or a ripped rug that needed repaired/replaced.... it has been never ending but finally I have had a few months of reduced horsey spending so have got and spare for me - yippee!!!!!!

I do feel a bit bad that I havent put it away in my horsey savings pot but my boyfriend kept complaining that I was "letting myself go".... charming eh?!

I'm single, probably because I have unkempt hair and my horse's wardrobe is far more extensive than my own. The horse gets labels, I get primark.
 
My hair appointment was amazing - I fell asleep while getting my colour on haha! To top it off, the beautician had a cancellation so offered my a free manicure.

My pampered feeling was short lived when I went to the yard to find my less than impressed horse standing at the gate waiting for her dinner - I was only an hour later than usual but she was not happy with me haha!
