Sharing - help!!

A friend of my mum's wants to share my pony for her two kids. I haven't said yes but once she's backed it would be good for her and they are good riders. Is there anywhere I can see a mock contract for sharing? Also - what abt insurance? Should I get them to take out their own, will they be covered if there's an accident when they are travelling with her?

As for cost I was thinking of £30 per month - she doesn't eat much and she isn't shod only trimmed.

The BHS website has some good advice about loaning/sharing so it might be an idea to check out their website. I would also advise them to take out personal rider insurance which if I recall correctly will also cover the horse they're riding if something were to happen whilst riding, however I think it would be the horses insurance that would cover any accidents that may occur whilst travelling.
