Hi hope you can all help?
We are the owners of 1 Pony and 1 IDX who both need a sharer as we just lack enough time to give them as much attention as we'd like. Sharer could ride 2 x midweek and one day over the weekend. They will be given a virtually free rein to do what they like. Both are sensible to ride and well schooled, happy to hack out or be schooled.
Possibilty of competing them as well.
Kept on a DIY yard.
What can we reasonably expect a sharer to contribute financially and labour wise?

Exactly what I would like to find, just having trouble finding anything thats not 40 miles away

Personally I would not expect to contribute alot, but would be happy to do all mucking out etc for the days I ride.

I am looking for a sharer for my 2. If they helped out with the work I wouldn't expect any kind of financial contribution - they would be helping me out! I would expect them to pay their own entry fees at shows and their own cap out hunting but nothing else. I am getting to the stage that I will be offering to pay someone to come and ride!

i pay £50 a month for Blod and half her shoes, plus but her a bag of feed every so often, but i dont really share her, i ride her as much as i like and do all the chores for her (mucking out etc) Claire only competes her or gets on for a bit of fun if she fancys it.
