Sharing legalities help needed?!!

I am about to enter the unknown and share my horse for the first time. I have found someone who seems to be what I, and my horse are looking for but now need to draw up some sort of disclaimer and contract to protect everyone involved just incase. I have no idea where to start or if I can download a sample contract and disclaimer form. Does anyone have any experiance in sharing and point me in the right direction please? Thankyou.

For my old share horse we modified the BHS loan agreement, adding in bits like what days the horse was to be looked after by the owner and sharer, what the sharer could/couldn't do, what should be done on the sharer's days e.g. muck out, feed, bring in etc.
