The selectors told him he was the second reserve, but he wasn't interested and told them he was going to Burghley. That did not stop them from putting his name on the reserve list....
i think you will find that the new reserve depends on who is entered at burghley or not. Francis was never going there, he was always going to take Percy to pau, so i expect the selectors will wait to find out which of the ones enterd at burghley run. Big ask to expect any of tem to give up a fourstar run on the off chance they might go to pratoni.
