Sharpening up a photo - anyone know who can do this?

So, through sheer luck I got the most gorgeous photo or my mare yesterday but it isn't the sharpest because it was on my phone. Because of this, I can't enlarge it :-(
Does anyone know of anyone who is able to sharpen up a photo for a reasonable price?

Lovely photo is that the size of the full image? I can sharpen it to a point but at that resolution it'll never be pin sharp.

This version is sharpened using highpass and regular sharpening in photoshop, but I'm afraid the image is so small it's never going to be much better.

Yes, lovely photo!

Look for a function called "Unsharp Mask" in Photoshop or one of the low-cost/free photo editing programs (which often comes with the camera). I use Paint Shop Pro for this kind of photo enhancement all the time, including Unsharp Mask. The one in PSP lets you adjust the strength of the sharpening and preview the result, so you don't overdo it.
