Was looking to see if anyone else had used SharpTack and came up with this and one other thread asking, both with no replies... hmm. Ordered a hat on Monday - had a confirmation email of the order straight away, but so far no dispatch email and no hat. They've not taken the money out of my account yet either... might just cancel it...
 
Cancelled: they gave me a story that they'd entirely lost track of my order due to a computer fault earlier in the week, and only had details that the order existed once I forwarded the original email with a cancellation request. Apparently they normally dispatch within 48hrs. I'm a bit suspicious about how a 'computer problem' would lead to a problem with their online records and email outbox... Back to somewhere I know and trust - few pounds extra will be worth it for piece of mind!
