Shavings Allergy help! :(

I was just wondering does anyone have any advice or remedies on minimising the effects of my shavings allergy. My eyes become itchy and swollen and I get sore throats when around fesh or clean shavings however I am wanting to move my horse of straw and onto shavings and wondered how i can stop these sysmptoms arising! thankyou!

If the shavings cause you problems why not try one of the hemp types of bedding, I use Bliss but there are a few to choose from and they are similar to use with less dust.

Go to the doctors for antihistamines if the ones from a chemist won't work and for eye drops they don't completely stop symptoms but hardly noticeable if you keep on top of it
