Back in 2005, we bought a young, unbroken mare for my daughter. 3/4 tb, she proved slightly more challenging than mine had a year ago, but she grew into the sweetest and quirkiest little mare who would jump anything. Fast forward to 2009, she was a victim of my marriage ending and was sold on and lost touch. After a year or two, I started putting her picture all over the internet to try to find her and in 2017 I had a message from her new owner. We have kept in touch since and I always said if she had any problems and was unable to keep her, I’d have her back. On Thursday I received that message. Thankfully as I’ve now moved off livery and have a wonderful landlord who has said yes to her, she will be joining us just after Easter. So she’s coming home to her best pals. All three oldies together. I just need to sort the field out for them.
