So after a heart breaking few weeks I had made the decision to sell my beautiful mare. She is truly perfect in every way and has been with me for 9 years. In that time she has collected JA winnings, BD points and been placed BE she has also very successfully shown so really is a great allrounder and very special to me. As i had decided to sell her due to lack of time my Mum who hasnt ridden properly for about 10 years decided to start riding her out and schooling her until she was sold. After advertising her and having a number of unsuitable people call we did have a mother/ daughter come and try her and I cried the whole 2
hours they were riding her! They
fortunately decided she was just a bit too powerful for what they needed.... So my Mum has now decided to take her on full time and they are doing great. We are now planning a summer of sponsored rides and low level dressage (I still have a 4 yr old that is just starting full work) and my Mum has now demanded a new devocoux saddle. But I am so happy my beautiful mare is staying with us I can cope with her crazy demands!!
