No - I think she is 'over at the knee'. 'Back at the knee' would be with the knee behind the cannon bone.

I think over at the knee is ok, even preferable, if it's mild, as it puts less strain on tendons. But this is maybe a bit extreme... but it might just be a bad angle.

looks that way to me aswell, she may be a little, but i think its mostly the way she is standing, my mare does this alot.

Yeah, agree. Looks like the way she's standing. To be over at the knee, the knee is bent forward - looks straight in this.
