Pointless post, but my daughter who was 10 in June just came back from senior camp and I am sooooo proud of her. Some of you may have read my post about her fall two weeks ago when she collided with a jump and had 17 stitches in her face.

She still went to camp for her first time and got involved in everything and was just fab. She did a ODE and I think as far as I can tell she came last, but she did it, she got all the way around and kept going all by herself. She jumped 3ft 3 in a chase me charlie and I am a really proud Mum.

She had an interesting approach to cleaning. For the pony (grey) she just sprayed him with coat shine all week and none of the mud could stick. For herself, she just didn't bother!

That's what I do to my gypsy cob for cleaning for camp LOL!

Well done to your daughter, i'm 13 and it was my first camp last week, and I found it very scary

Oh well done to your daughter.

Mine just did her 2nd camp this year and again loved every minute. She was on a pony she had only had for 3 wks so it was great for them both.

Love your daughter's attitude to cleaning!
