Sheath issues - any ideas?

HH - I don't think its always his near hind, but seems to be the near hind the majority of the time. However, he has had physio since this started and nothing picked up on, and his sheath twitches and tail swishes at it.

Vet said he wont do swabs though :/
 
Liphook are my vets but I know they have to order it in. Sorry but I can't remember for the life of me that name of the place that supplied it to Liphook.

Liphook sent it to me in the post.
 
oh naughty horse, but wouldn't think it was natural, horses dont actually like making themselves dirty with their own you know what, like in a field you dont find them lying in their poo, in a stable they dont have a choice, and the vets didnt find a bean, hmmmm

I know he's a VERY lazy boy. I've even seen him poo lying down once after a very hard day show jumping. He then wriggled forward on his side to avoid lying in it! I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself :eek:
