I have a really old rice trailer it must be 40 years old, now I would never travel any animal in it but its great for storing my horsey junk in. This year it sprang a leak in the roof, so I said to my hubby would you mind going up and taking a peep at whats going on, as it will be useless for keeping my excess hay and wooden posts/rug boxes in.
Anyway I left him to sort it out this week, meanwhile I got a virus and never paid any attention to what he was up to. This morning was the first time I opened my bedroom curtains and actually looked outside, and look at the trailer which sits at the side of my house. Now hubby had said he had fixed it and said he had sprayed water on the roof for a period of time to check the leak was fixed.
HHO,ers he has only gone and put roofing felt all along the top (the sort you put on sheds), giggling to myself I went downstairs and opened the ramp and even after 24 hours of rain its bone dry. I rang hubby up to say why have you put roofing felt on and not welded a new piece on. His reply was "well you insist on keeping that old shed I decided to treat it like one"

Maybe its time I did invest in a new wooden shed for all my horsey crap, but my shed on wheels as served me well as we do move larger items in it to and from the field. Although I may buy a window box for the window, and put some trelis up flowers growing up the sides for a more shed like look.
