I brought some winter riding boots about 2 years ago.They are still in great condition,extremely warm and also have reflective strips on the sides.I got mine from ebay for about £25.I would definitely buy another pair.I think the seller was called something like Philthetack although don't quote me on that.

Just bought some Tuffa Suffolk boots and am loving them. They're semi fleecy lined and really toasty.
