OK, so I'm an addict when it comes to girths. If I'm not buying, I'm trying and if not that, then I'm looking and researching!

I need some help please.

My mare has always been sensitive and I thought I had cracked it with the prolite girth sleeve but just lately she has started to complain again when being girthed up even though I'm very careful?

She does have a very forward girthline, she's an AES and quite short coupled.

After putting her in a sheepskin noseband cover(she looks like red rum)she has been a lot happier about being bridled so now I'm thinking ahhhhhhh, a sheepskin girth!! The trouble is, they are sooooo expensive and even if I do take the plunge, which is v likely, do I go for a shaped or straight one?

Please help someone:rolleyes:

Professional Choice girth, they don't rub and you can get a sheepskin cover that velcros on allowing you to wash it, although they are American based,a master saddlers in Oxford stocks them! X
