Shelf Life of Brewers Yeast

I bought mine in December last year and I'm fairly confident that it's still active. The main sack is stored in a garage, so very cool and dry, with only 3Kg at a time being taken out.

When I ran out of my 3Kg batch in August, Chloe did start to go into immunity overdrive, which subsided after 24hrs on BY (with a double dose!!), so it was definitely still ok, then. This is the Charnwood Milling, stuff.
 
:D Thats great thanks - i wanted to get a 25kg sack from Charnwood Milling, after trying my boys out on a sample 1.5kg tub but didn't want to buy it, if it was going to be off by the time i reached the bottom of the sack ;)
