Well the day has come
. After waiting 11 months for her arrival,
and nearly 9 months of her sat in a field with her mum
, Willow has finally had to take the plunge of going it alone in the big wide world
. No mum, no Auntie Sasha.
So went to my instructors. Put Willow in the stable whilst my instructor trimmed Ebis feet. Then put them in the stable whilst we had a drink. Willow dived onto Ebi to have a big drink
(comfort blanket me thinks).
So after our drink, Ebi was removed from the stable and put in the trailer and taken home. Just a few calls from Ebi then put her back out in the field with Sasha when we got home. She looked round the field, then wandered off.
Willow however is rather upset by it all
. Shes been shouting a lot and is rather sweaty to say the least. Hopefully shell settle down shortly then shell be able to go and play out with her new friend that my instructor has got arranged for her - a lovely section A
. I knew she would be a bit traumatised by the whole event - shes such a sweet emotional little thing. Shell have things to think about apart from her mum as instructor is going to do lots of training with her whilst shes there
