Just picked her up. She managed a small wag of the tail - that was it, staggered to the car and stared at the seat all the way home.

She is currently in her crate shivering a bit with her eyes half open. Poor sausage.

Argh! Should have come with a terrier warning

Only joking, bless her she'll be a little sore but she will perk up in no time

The GA will have knocked her a bit but I bet she's a right tough cookie

Only spayed but she is my little baby replacement so I was really worried about it.

Thanks Gina, she was REALLY shaking so I have put a towel over her.

I can see her milking this for days

They can be quite cold when they come round, when I did work exp at the vets, they use to tuck little fleecy blankets that had been warmed on the radiator over them.

Aah bless her, glad she is back home. In my experience they often come round a bit from the anaesthetic to come home and then really zonk when they are back in the security of home. Don't be surprised if she is not really with it tonight, just keep her warm. By tomorrow you will probably be trying to persuade her to take it easy

Ahhh thanks for all your advice guys. I am a bit concerned that she hasnt moved for 3 hours now (the eyes move lol) but I am just going to leave her to it.

She did litterally use all her strength to 'go home' then marched straight into her crate and then zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Sure she will be fine in the morning, I take it that I should'nt worry too much if she doesn't eat tonight?

I have left her some goats milk and meat out just incase ...

Henry looked awful when he came around from the GA and took quite a while to perk up - they had him in overnight on a drip. I was really upset when I went in to see him but he perked up no end really quickly the next day and was leaping around like an eejit in no time. I'm sure your girl will be fine - I don't know if you've ever had a GA yourself but it can make you feel pretty lousy afterwards and it's quite normal

Hi Hana, thanks for your reply. I have had one myself but too long ago to really remember.

She is just so tiny and they had to give her extra sedative to get the stent in

I shall bore you all with some mobile Molly pics in the following few days
