Moulting.
My other two were clipped as they have cushings, so no issues there!
Little Stig on the other hand....well lets just say he resembles a moth eaten rug!
He has patches were his summer coat is almost through, then other bits of him although moulting slowly, still looks like a full winter coat!
Is that normal?
Never have I ever had a pony shed a coat like him!
He honestly looks like someone has given him a seriously dodgy haircut!
 
I use the little rakes from CliperSharp on my mini and they really get rid of his winter coat otherwise he does looks scruffy. Could it be that the patchy fur is as a result of his poor nutrition earlier on in his life?
 
Very likely Booboo's. He also still has scurfy skin, despite being given oil all over winter.
Next warm sunny day we have, he is getting scrubbed!
