Understand a dealer purchased a large number of ponies at Aberdeen Shetland Pony Breed sale--many of the ponies originating from Shetland Isles--to go to NE England or Scottish Borders
Understand dealer always wears a flat cap

One breeder (not a seller at that sale) concerned as to their current welfare
