Also I'm one for the protection of the correct use of the apostrophe (please no more horse's, jump's or clear round's)
And please, please stop the excessive use of punctuation marks, one poster (who remains nameless) posted yesterday, ending every sentence with '!!!!!' very hard to read.
I blame Heat magazine.

'Bute is an abbreviation for phenylbutazone...so the missing letters should be indicated by an apostrophe.

One error that I've noticed on here quite a few times is 'persay' instead of 'per se'. Another one is the use of 'breaks' instead of 'brakes' - your horse needs new 'brakes' if you can't stop him, but if you fall off you may 'break' some bones.
