You could ask for proof, or claim it is not as described (then you can claim off paypal if the seller doesnt give you a refund) although if they dont have enough unds in their account you dont get the money back anyway! This happened to me, i bought some boots that she claimed were leather, they werent so i sent them back for a refund. She didnt refund me... so i went through paypal but only got 13 pound back! To be honest.. i have had so many occasions where people havent sent what you expect etc.. sometimes you have to just try and re-sell on e-bay.
