I have one. I like it - its really warm and tough, and not too pricey. The fit isn't the best, but that has more to do with my funny shaped pony than the rug!
A livery has one and it's a good rug. Personally I'd go for a Weatherbeata instead. I've bought a few from Prequestrian (they have a website and ebay shop) recently and get much better prices than I could find anywhere else.
i'd also say depends on your horse - mine is well built with big shoulders - wears and fits well - weatherbeeta always too narrow in shoulders for mine

I second that, i have a big fronted horse and it fits a dream. Its so tough too. This is the second winter with my stormcheeta and i love it
I have one and the only thing i found is that where the neck bit it connected to the rug it rubbed my old horses mane away not a big bit about 3-3 inches.
Haven't had it on my new mare yet so dont know if it will do it with her.
But i love the rug even warm enough for the clipped out horse.
