Coblets only got front shoes on but the farriers coming tomorrow morning to take them off so he's completely barefoot
reason being is that I have a new voluntary job at a show jumping yard and I get free accommodation and livery for gypsy, with hardly any roads to hack on and he will be stabled 24/7 (any tips for keeping him occupied as he jumps out of stables, we've found him the nicest, most open block of stables there can be which overlooks the yard through one window and the arenas through the other. Just need to get him settled and not climbing out!)
But yes, shoes are off tomorrow, will love to keep them off however we will have to see how it goes regarding grip on the XC course as he's the type who won't jump if he slips the smallest bit or feels insecure, will either refuse or just go at snails pace!
Pointless post but very excited to start next week and to get his shoes off
