Shoot out at the OK corral begins..

Fingers crossed please , that today - the first shooting day of the season begins and PI and his mates are in the middle of it all! - , goes without too much of a shock to their poor systems. Managed a very quick ride out this morning , about 30 mins , before all hell breaks loose and the Elmer Fudd brigade start taking pot shots at all the poor phesants.

.actually quite a lot of them are holed up in our garden cos my old dad likes to feed them..

We have a shoot at I dont think any horses bother, we have only ever had one idiot who shot at a pheasant that had escaped into the field. I soon trotted over to him and gave him a good mouthful!
