As per title really, I placed an order 10 days ago and according to their tracker the order is still 'pending shipment', telephone diverts to a mobile which isn't answered. Annoying as I wanted to try the bit at BSJA show on Saturday!

Yes. I've not had any problems so far, definitely received within a few days. Can't remember but they may use the post office, hence the delay?

I've used them too and found them to be really good. I think it's a bit of a one man shop and did end up talking to the guy on his mobile most of the time.

Have used them a few times and must say each time they have been very good, the bit usually arrived within 3/4 days so probably yours could been caught up in postal strike.

I had problems like this - took a month for the parcel to arrive and another 3 months for them to charge me?!

I have had this problem too, but I think it's because they don't always have the bit you want to try in stock, so that takes a few weeks then they send it out. They have always been helpful and e-mailed me back when I've asked where it's at though

I have used them & she was really helpful. When I decided wgich bit I wanted (Neul Schuel Nelson waterford gag) They didn't have it in, in the size I required so she got Neul Schuel to send it direct to me.

Was really quick at replying to emails as well.

Maybe out of stock & with postal strike it causing more delays for het to get it & then forward it??????
That is if using Royal Mail. If they use a carrier like UPS or Parcel Force then they are not on strike so would be best way to get it!??
