Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with them... and I'm not the only one on here sadly....

I'm still waiting on a reply to phonecalls, voicemails and emails I sent them... Very very bad service....

They were excellent to start with and if the first bit I tried had worked out then I would have been happy - the difficulties came when the other bit I was after wasnt avail, and neither was the next, or the next.... then I never heard from them again....

I have had mixed service from them. Some bits arrive very promptly, good advice given on phone, when on other occasions I was kept in the dark waiting on a bit that was apparently on order.
I think the service is good,but her communication skills need a bit of polishing.
I wouldn't have a problem with using them again.

Had a terrible experience with them. Ordered a bit..... waited for it........ it didn't come. Phoned them and they said there was a mix up, they didn't remember what size I wanted yet at no point did they try to contact me to ask me. So they say they will send it recorded next day delivery.... phone them the next morning and the guy swears he posted it. Three days pass and nothing! Phone up again, admits he hasn't sent it but he will? At this point I told him to shove it and got the bit off Cotswold sports (member on here) and got great service.

I have bought two NS bits from them in the past with no probs and have just ordered another bit on the 30 day trial. If you're looking for NS bits you may have a problem though as i believe they're in short supply due to Neue Schule moving factories.

We live fairly near, and my friend went, so didn't use mail order. I was aware of thre NS problem though as he told me himself when I rang about one.

I got a bit from them and they were fine.

A friend got 1 and she had eventually to report them to her credit card company to make them send it. They never answered the phone. Their answer phone message is "I am sorry but you cannot leave a message."
