I've just had a look on their site and see that they do bit approval for 30 days at around £3. Reading the store policies regarding this it states all bits are sanitised on return to the shop. So does this mean that all the bits they sell have been used before? Also when trying a bit surely it will scratch a little and do they accept them back like this?

I do tend to accumulate bits, so this might be an idea rather than adding more to the collection.

Anyone used this service before?

Yes, I've used it and it's great! Rebecca's really helpful and I was late sending the bits back on one trial and she was absolutely fine with it and to send them back when I could. Only thing I would say is that the service is a bit hit and miss.

I have used them and it was good. The paperwork that comes with the bit says that if you want to exchange it for a 'new' one they will do that, or you can keep the one they send. The one I tried happened to be new, but didnt work for my horse. I sent it back and it all worked fine. I would definitely use them again, it was a good service

Hi, you get a bit on trial that has been used before and has been saitised, cuz usually there are scrathes on it. You have it for a bit and if you get on with it you can keep that one or send it back and get a brand new one, but i think you have to pay a little bit more, hope this helps.

I used this website earlier this month and was very impressed. The bit I got sent had a couple of little scratches on it but nothing bad, and when I sent it back as it was too small there were no problems at all. Id recommend them and Id definately use them again!

Ive used them a few times and they have been great. Ive always had a new bit sent to me. For run of the mill bits they have been quick but I ordered a pee wee last time and it took ages as they probably had to order it in.

The bit hire is a great idea - however I got atrocious service from them last year over bits I was waiting on... They never returned my calls or emails and in the end I gave up... shame.
