well i heard some bad storys on here about them not sending the bits out etc. well anyway i bit the bullet and ordered a bit as it was the only place i could find that do bit trial on the bit i wanted.

i ordered it on monday evening and the bit arrived today, so impressed as i was worried that i had lost £10 cos of all the storys i have heard.

so i'm a happy bunny lets hope my horse is too

Glad you have had a good result! Am still waiting for my bit, have been sent the wrong one 4 times now!! Am promised the correct one, but it has been over a week now since the last conversation when I was promised it. The correct bit is on my order form, so not sure quite what the prob is! Very friendly on the phone though! Hopefully we'll get there soon!

They have just taken over the business and working every hour they can to ensure they provide a good service, they have had to pick up the peices from someone else running it, you may just have to just bare with them for a few days.
