I have friends who say its really nice but have personally never been there. If you look on Facebook there are a couple of essex groups and I'm sure you will find feedback there

It's a nice yard with loads of facilities but it is incredibly busy! The RS horses always look well and content so I expect that the liveries are well looked after too.
Big riding school and BHS training centre so not sure how much use of the facilities the liveries actually get. They do quite a few HTs there too.
I never considered for livery because it was far too full on for me but I did have lessons there some time ago with Amanda and I never saw anything that I thought was off while I was in and out.
